Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday

“Jesus said… ‘I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?'” (John 11:25-26).

Do you believe this? Christians believe that Jesus’ resurrection from death is a historical fact, and a central aspect of the Christian faith.

Why is the resurrection so important? Does it matter if it really happened? Does the resurrection give us any hope in our present lives? Can it give us any hope as we face the grim reality of our own deaths, and the question of what comes next?

Please join us for Easter Sunday Worship as we look at the resurrection of Jesus Christ and what it means for us today. We meet at 10 am at the Chambersburg Rec Center (235 S 3rd St). Click here for more information on what to expect and how to find us.
